Selling your home can be really emotional. It’s the place where birthdays were celebrated, routines were built, late night talks happened, and everyday life took place. For a lot of people, a home holds years of memories, which is why deciding to sell can feel exciting, bittersweet, overwhelming, and emotional all at the same time. Usually there’s a reason behind it too. Maybe life is changing, your family is growing, you’re moving somewhere new, or you’re just ready for a different chapter.
A lot of what I do for my sellers happens behind the scenes. It’s not just putting your home online and waiting for offers to come in. I’m paying attention to what buyers are actually looking for, how homes are performing in different towns, communicating with agents, creating marketing that makes people want to book a showing, and making sure your home is positioned the best way possible from the start.
I like to keep things simple, clear, and honest throughout the entire process. I’ll always communicate openly, guide you through every step, and make sure you know what’s going on so things feel a lot less stressful and a lot more manageable.

We’ll walk through your home together and talk about what’s actually worth doing before listing. Sometimes small changes make the biggest impact. My goal is never to have you overspend, it’s to make sure your home shows its best while keeping things realistic and manageable. -
Marketing strategy
This is one of the biggest parts. I bring in professional photographers, create marketing that actually grabs attention, and get your home in front of as many buyers as possible through social media, online marketing, agent outreach, open houses, and our team’s buyer database. -
Showings + open houses
Once your home is live, I coordinate showings, host open houses, communicate with agents, and keep you updated every step of the way. I’m constantly paying attention to feedback and activity so we can adjust if needed and keep momentum going. -
Offers + negotiations
When offers come in, I walk through everything with you in a way that actually makes sense. Price is important, but so are timelines, contingencies, financing strength, flexibility, and overall terms. I’ll help you understand the full picture so you can confidently make the best decision for your situation.
