Buying a Home & Everything In Between

Looking at homes is the fun part. You’re saving listings, picturing yourself in different spaces, maybe even driving through neighborhoods you like. It’s exciting. But once you actually start the process, it can feel like a lot really quickly.

A big part of how I help my buyers isn’t just searching for homes, it’s everything happening behind the scenes. I stay connected with other agents, keep a close eye on different areas, and really understand what’s going on in the market day to day. That’s what helps me guide you toward the right opportunities and put you in a strong position when it’s time to make an offer.

My goal is to keep things clear and make sure you always know what’s going on, so you can move forward with confidence.

Buying a home is exciting, but there’s also a lot more that goes into the process than most people expect. Every buyer and every situation is different, but this gives a little insight into what the process can look like and how I help guide my clients through it.

  1. Let’s connect first
Before we even start looking at houses, I want to learn more about you, your goals, your lifestyle, what’s important to you, and what this move actually means for you. We can grab coffee, hop on a call, or do whatever feels easiest. This is usually where a lot of questions get answered and where everything starts feeling a lot more real and exciting.

  2. Budget + getting pre approved
One of the first things we’ll figure out is what monthly payment feels comfortable for you and what price range actually makes sense. If you don’t already have a lender, I’ll connect you with trusted local lenders I know take great care of my clients and communicate really well throughout the process.

  3. Once you’re pre approved, we’ll have a much better understanding of your buying power and can focus on homes that realistically fit your goals and budget.

  4. The search
This is usually the fun part! We’ll tour homes, explore neighborhoods, talk through pros and cons, and really narrow down what feels right for you. I also love helping people see potential in homes they may have overlooked at first glance.

  5. I’m constantly keeping an eye on new listings, market trends, and opportunities both on and off market whenever possible. Sometimes the right home isn’t always the most obvious one online.

  6. Offers + negotiations
When it’s time to make an offer, I’ll walk you through everything step by step so you fully understand your options and feel confident in your decisions. I work hard to put my buyers in the strongest position possible while also protecting them throughout the process.

  7. I’ll also always be honest with you. If I don’t think a house is the right fit for you, I’ll tell you. I never want someone buying a home they don’t truly feel good about just for the sake of getting a deal done.

  8. Closing + beyond
Getting the keys is exciting, but there’s usually still a lot that comes after moving in too. Whether you need contractor recommendations, help figuring something out in the house, or just someone to ask questions to, I’m always here as a resource long after closing day.

My goal through all of this is to make the process feel a lot less overwhelming       and a lot more manageable while helping you find a home you genuinely feel excited about.
